protective style! /1 month/youtube &love;

hey guys! i've been sooo busy in the past two weeks haven't been able to update, but anyways it's been one month and a day since i've been natural...and it's really been an interesting experience....anyways right now i'm wearing a protective style...crochet braids, and just focusing on my growth aids and my vitamins.

i did them myself =) and people loved it! was in texas this weekend and i got so many compliments (texans are so polite i swear) anyways, this is the video i used to learn do it....

    i would like to try it but i can't braid my short length hair. = /

  2. idk if you have like a fade then yea its impossible but i couldnt braid my natural hair up too so i just used synthetic hair to make cornrows...so some of my natural hair was so short it couldnt be grabbed by the cornrows. either way still got the job done =)

  3. What kind of hair did you use? How many packs? is it better to use natural hair or synthetic since am going to be washing my hair regularly.

  4. i used Mystikal synthetic hair in jerry pony...just fluffed out the pieces i would separate so it looked more like a fro...if your gonna be washing it alot though i would say get human hair...i used synthetic because i only planned to have it a for a couple weeks
